Product Description
Tungsten Heavy Alloy Cube Block have high density, high strength, high hardness and other excellent comprehensive properties (commonly known as 3H alloy), with good ductility, thermal conductivity and thermal conductivity. It plays an important role in the manufacture of weapons. And then widely used in national defense industry, aerospace and civil industry (such as electrical industry, drilling industry, etc.). High specific gravity tungsten alloy material has become a kind of military and civil alloy material.
Tungsten alloy metals mainly include W-Ni-Fe and W-Ni-Cu, which are widely used in military equipment, machinery manufacturing, aircraft parts, medical shields and sports equipment. WNiFe/WNiCu heavy tungsten alloy
Our W-Ni-Fe alloys are used in collimators and shielding components to provide protection from x-ray and gamma radiation

Tungsten Heavy Alloy Cube Block are mainly divided into W nickel-iron and W nickel-copper two series, and even W nickel-iron-copper. In contrast, West nickel-iron alloy has better mechanical properties and plays an important role in various fields of the defense industry and national economy. It is a very important new military material in national defense industry and has been gradually extended to various civil industries.
The tungsten content of heavy tungsten alloys varies from 90% to 98%, which is the reason for their high density (16.5 to 19.00g/CC). Nickel, iron and/or copper are used as metal binder substrates to hold fragile tungsten particles together, making tungsten alloys tough and easy to use. Nickel-ferro Nickel is the most commonly used additive in proportions of 7Ni: 3Fe or 8Ni: 2Fe (by weight).
