Machined 90WNiCu High Density Tungsten Heavy Alloy Ring

Tungsten Heavy Alloy Ring has high density (density higher than 60% of lead), good mechanical strength, small thermal expansion, good corrosion resistance, high radiation absorption capacity (higher than lead), simple economic cycle, high strength, high density tungsten alloy tube, suitable for manufacturing radiation shielding elements. High-density tungsten alloy tubes have the same radiation shielding capacity as lead, while reducing the volume and thickness of the shielding vessel. Compared with lead and depleted uranium, tungsten alloy also has the advantages of non-toxic and pollution-free. High gravity tungsten alloy tube is mainly used for shielding vials and syringes.

What is Tungsten Heavy Alloy Ring?

  • Heavy tungsten alloys are usually composed of wNFE-Fe, WNNI-Cu or even WNNI-cu-Fe. Some tungsten alloys also add cobalt, molybdenum, cadmium, and other metallic elements.
