Product Description
Tungsten Heavy Alloy Brick has excellent comprehensive properties such as high density, high strength and high hardness (commonly known as 3H alloy), and has good ductility, thermal conductivity and thermal conductivity. It plays an important role in the manufacture of weapons. Later, it was widely used in defense industry, aerospace and civil industry (such as electrical industry, drilling industry, etc.). High specific gravity tungsten alloy has become a military and civilian alloy material.
Tungsten alloy cubes are mainly divided into tungsten nickel and iron and tungsten nickel and copper, and even two series of tungsten nickel and iron and copper. In contrast, silicon-nickel-iron alloys have better mechanical properties and play an important role in the defense industry and various fields of the national economy. It is a very important new military material in the national defense industry, and has gradually developed into various civilian industries
The high density of heavy tungsten alloy (16.5~19.00g/CC) is due to its tungsten content between 90% and 98%. Nickel, iron, and/or copper are used as metal bonding substrates to hold brittle tungsten particles together, making tungsten alloys hard and easy to work with. Nickel is the most commonly used additive in a ratio of 7Ni:3Fe or 8Ni:2Fe (by weight).
