95WNiCu Tungsten Heavy Alloy Nozzle For High Temperature Resistance Parts

Tungsten Heavy Alloy Nozzle is made of tungsten base (tungsten content is generally 80%~98%) and a small amount of nickel, iron, copper, cobalt, molybdenum, chromium and other elements. The density of high specific gravity tungsten alloy can reach 15.20 ~ 18.70g/cm3, also known as high specific gravity tungsten alloy or high density alloy material. Because tungsten alloys weigh more than twice as much as steel.

 

 

Introduction and Feature of Tungsten Heavy Alloy Nozzle

  1. Tungsten alloy has a series of excellent properties, high specific gravity: general specific gravity 16.5-18.75g/cm3, high strength: tensile strength 700-1000mpa, strong light absorption: 30-40% higher than the general lead specific gravity, high thermal conductivity: mold is 5 times of steel; Low coefficient of thermal expansion: capacity only 1/2/1/3 of steel, good electrical conductivity, welding and cutting resistance.

  2. The usual method for preparing heavy tungsten alloys is to mix the desired amount of tungsten, iron, nickel or copper powder and then cold press the liquid phase to close to full density. During the liquid phase treatment, the base tungsten alloy melts and part of the tungsten enters the solution, forming the microstructure of large tungsten particles (20-60μm) dispersed in the base alloy.
