Process
① Select high-purity nickel-based alloy raw materials to ensure that impurity content is below standard requirements to avoid affecting the corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance of the welding wire.
② Heat and melt the carefully proportioned raw materials in a vacuum furnace to ensure uniform mixing of all elements and precisely control the chemical composition of the welding wire.
③ After cooling, the molten alloy is cast into cylindrical ingots, which are then rolled into larger diameter wire through hot forging or hot rolling.
④ A multi-pass cold drawing process is used to gradually reduce the wire billet to the target diameter. Intermediate annealing is required to eliminate work hardening, restore plasticity, and prevent breakage during the drawing process.
⑤ Solution heat treatment dissolves precipitated phases in the alloy, homogenizes the microstructure, and improves the high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and weld toughness of the welding wire after welding.
⑥ Surface pickling and polishing ensure surface quality and extend service life.
⑦ Rigorous quality inspection, including dimensional accuracy testing, visual inspection, ultrasonic testing, and chemical composition analysis, ensures compliance with industry standards.
