Tungsten copper alloys is widely used as the contact and protection ring of high-voltage and ultra-hydraulic switches and circuit breakers, thick anvil material of electric heating pier, automatic submerged arc welding contact tip, plasma cutting machine nozzle, and also used in electric welding machine and butt welding machine. Welding heads and seam welding wheels are also used to make gas-sealing electrodes and electric spark electrodes, spot welding, butt welding materials, etc.
1. Resistance welding electrode: Tungsten copper alloy combines the advantages of tungsten and copper, high temperature resistance, arc ablation resistance, high strength, high specificity, good electrical conductivity, good thermal conductivity, easy cutting and processing, and has the characteristics of sweating and cooling.
