Product Description
Tungsten Carbide Tools are made of tungsten steel. Tungsten steel is an alloy material made of hard compounds of refractory metal and bonding metal by powder metallurgy. Tungsten steel has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, which remain basically unchanged even at the temperature of 500 ℃.
Tungsten Carbide Tools are mainly made of integral tungsten steel through multiple processes. Tungsten steel, also known as cemented carbide, is made of high-quality tungsten carbide + cobalt powder by pressing and sintering after formula mixing. It has high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance and high elastic modulus. It belongs to powder metallurgy industry. As the teeth of modern industry, cemented carbide cutting tools play a fundamental role in promoting the development of manufacturing industry.
According to the grain size, tungsten steel can be divided into ordinary cemented carbide, fine grain cemented carbide, sub fine grain and ultra-fine grain cemented carbide, as well as the newly introduced double Grain Cemented Carbide. Cemented carbide has high hardness (86 ~ 93HRA, equivalent to 69 ~ 81hrc), second only to diamond, and good thermal hardness (up to 900 ~ 1000 ℃, maintained at 60HRC); High bending strength (mpa5100), good impact toughness, high corrosion resistance, chemical inertia and other characteristics that general alloy blades do not have.
It is forbidden to write or mark on the blade with an electric carving pen or other scratch methods to avoid damaging the blade body. The blade of the foot cutter is extremely sharp, but very brittle. To avoid personal injury or accidental damage to the blade, do not contact the blade with human body or other metal hard objects. The blade used shall be properly kept by a specially assigned person and shall not be placed at will to avoid damaging the blade or causing accidents.
