Product Description
W75cu25 Tungsten Copper Alloy Special Shape for Heat Sink
Product Properties:
Tungsten Copper Alloy Heat Sink material combines the advantages of tungsten and copper. The melting point of tungsten is 3410°C, and the density of tungsten is 19.34g/cm3. A tungsten copper heat sink refers to a component or component that transfers the heat generated in a solid material to a fluid medium (such as air or liquid). Heat sinks also help cool electronic and optoelectronic devices such as high-power lasers and light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Examples of radiators are heat exchangers used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and radiators (also heat exchangers) on automobiles.
Copper has excellent thermal conductivity, and the tungsten-copper alloy (composition range is generally Wcu7~Wcu50) has a uniform structure. High temperature resistance, high strength, arc ablation resistance, high density; moderate electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, widely used in military high temperature resistant materials, electrical alloys for high voltage switches, electrical processing appliances, etc.
