High Purity Tungsten Copper Alloy Bars is a composite material of tungsten and copper, with excellent properties of tungsten and copper.The Tungsten Copper Alloy Bars we provide has excellent corrosion resistance. It has good electrical and thermal conductivity, arc breaking performance, high temperature resistance, high strength, arc ablation resistance, high density, and small thermal expansion. Tungsten copper does not soften at high temperatures . Tungsten Copper Round Rods are suitable for high density applications, EDM, electrical contacts, resistance welding, heat sinks, electrochemical machining and projection welding electrodes, and electroforming. The manufacturing processes are milling, batch mixing, pressing, forming, sintering, infiltration and cold working.
Tungsten Copper Alloy Bars application:
1. Electrodes for resistance welding.
